As application consultant, you take charge of the analysis, design and implementation of various automation projects related to document management and information management. You analyse the business processes of your clients in depth, initiate optimisations and translate needs into pragmatic solutions within the M-Files platform. For the development and implementation, you can count on the support of IT colleagues, who in turn rely on your clear guidance and instructions. Throughout the project, you communicate proactively with the customers, support them with your expertise and guide them through the transition.
Profile
You have a higher degree in ICT or economics and have relevant experience with the implementation of business processes, preferably in a project-driven organisation. Experience with DMS and/or ECM software is a strong asset. You are analytically strong and have a good understanding of business processes and interests. You have good people skills and are strong on an organisational level. You are a strong communicator, enterprising and easily take a leading role in change processes.
