What will you be doing?

As an ERP application consultant, you are responsible for the planning and implementation of Deltek software (WorkBook, Maconomy and Vantagepoint) at our customers. During this process you’ll assist our customers in defining the wishes and needs. You then test these needs against the standard Deltek software, in order to subsequently develop a gap analysis. A mix of skills will be required of you throughout the project.

Implementing the applications, industry knowledge and project management will largely be done by you. Communication skills to guide the customer, so that the solution is well received by the stakeholders and end users, are therefore essential.

What do we expect from you

You have enjoyed a higher education or you are in possession of an university degree, preferably in the field of (technical) business administration. Having relevant experience with the implementation of business processes and/or experience with ERP-software is an advantage. In addition, you are analytically strong and you have a good insight into business processes. You have good set of personal skills, including empathy and organizational adaptability. You are communicatively strong, enterprising and you easily take a leading role in change processes. You have a general intrest in the world of technology and you watch current trends very closely.
